Live Operator Outbound Data Collection, Patch-Through & Live Lead-In Call Services (LOP)

Perhaps you may find it - by adding your own variations, a useful tool to have in your arsenal. A program like this can be used very effectively to gather data from the live respondents - either asked for by name (name on screen) or anybody at that number (household), and alternately referred to the proper sales or information department, congressman, etc.


  1. Create an outbound calling universe and develop the final scripting.
  2. When the household and/or business is reached, our live agent/representative will inform the respondent of the nature of the call and gather contact and other pertinent project information.
  3. A participating respondent is then seamlessly connected to the appropriate number. ("Please hold the line while I transfer you to ...")
  4. The system records their Telephone Number and Zip Code, and other information as entered by our agent, and automatically Date and Time stamps the call, as well as records the Length of Time on the line with the office the respondent was transferred to.
  5. A detailed report is emailed to you the next day.
Typical Program Costs are as follows:
  • Set-up Fee*: $500 - $1,500 (Includes programming, recordings, and database/report set-up).
  • Usage*: $26.00 - 30.00 per hour for outbound calling time, including patch through and recording time.
  • Monthly minimum billing*: $1,000 - 3,000
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Costs for conversion database (Example: Zip Code = US Senator) services may vary.
  • All final pricing is dependant upon project scope; a price range has been provided for your estimates.
  • Multiple patch-through options are also available. As well as multiple question surveys and multi-tiered questions.
