Live Inbound Phone Services



Typical Services:

  • Set up a toll-free inbound 800 # for you to provide to your target audience.
  • Live operator will answer the phone in English, Spanish, or any other Language required by your program.
  • Live operator will deliver your programís introduction and/or message to the caller.
  • Live operator can optionally collect any data required for your program from the caller.
  • Live operator can optionally patch-through the caller to the appropriate phone # for a live conversation, or to listen to a selection of prerecorded messages.
  • Live operator can optionally digitally record the callerís comments (viable alternative to a patch-through that is after-hours).
  • Call report recaps and call details, and any recordings, are emailed to you periodically.


Typical Program Costs are as follows:

  • Set-up Fee: $500.00 to $1,500.00 (Includes Inbound 800 #'s, Agent Training, Programming, Recordings, plus Database & Report formatting & set-up)
  • Usage*: $0.65 to $0.90 per minute for inbound connect time, patch through time, and recording time (time-on-the-line).
  • Monthly Minimum Billing: $1,000.00 to $3,000.00.
  • Costs for Conversion Database Services May Vary (Example: Zip Code = US Senator).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All final pricing is dependant upon the exact scope of the project: Number of inbound 800 #ís, hours of operation, amount of data to be collected, multi-tiered options, subject matter, etc.

  • Multiple patch-through options.
  • Multiple question surveys and multi-tiered questions.
  • Neutral & Regional USA English Dialects Available, as well as Hispanic, Asia-Pacific, European & Other Languages.
  • Bi-lingual agents are available in most languages.
  • We can set-up your call operation to open the conversation in English or the required foreign language using bi-lingual interviewers.
  • Or, on request, switching from an English-speaking interviewer to a foreign language interviewer, or vice-versa.



Patch-through to another Phone Number


Parameters:

  • Set up an inbound 800# to ring in our call center.
  • When the caller dials in they speak with a live agent/representative who will gather the callerís necessary data: telephone number, zip code, etc., so they can be connected to the appropriate person/office.
  • The caller is then seamlessly connected. ("Please hold the line while I transfer you to ...")
  • The system has a record of their Telephone Number and Zip Code (as entered by the agent), automatically Date and Time stamps the call, and records the Length of Time on the line.
  • A detailed report is emailed to you the next day.



Digitally Record Callerís Voice Response


Parameters:

  • Optionally, digitally record the caller, instead of a patch-through call, for after-hours calls, or, if the caller requests.
  • The recordings will be emailed to you periodically.


Typical Program Costs are as follows:

  • Pricing for this will be at $0.20 per minute with additional programming fees at $150 per hour.
