Inbound Automated Phone Services




Typical Services:

  • Deliver a Single or Multiple Pre-recorded Message to Inbound Callers (They can enter code #'s to listen to specific recordings).
  • Conduct a Multi-question or Multi-tiered Question IVR Survey.
  • Do an IVR Patch-through to another Phone Number.
  • Digitally Record Callers Voice Response.

Multi-tiered Question IVR Survey


This type of program can be used very effectively to:

  • Pre-screen employees or applicants.
  • Ask recent purchasers of products or services to evaluate their experience.
  • Ask event attendees to evaluate their recent experience.
  • Quickly obtain information from your membership or constituency.
  • Or, in genera, to just capture large amounts of data - specific answers to specific questions, from select individuals.
  • Utilizing touch tone responses, or digital voice recordings, from participants who are invited to call in.
  • The inbound phone number for an IVR survey is typically printed on cash register receipts, in mail outs, or sent via email, text messaging, etc.


Parameters:

  • Set up an inbound 800# with IVR capabilities for asking multiple or multi-tiered questions from invited callers.
  • Each question can have multiple answers and tiered responses as needed.
  • When the callers dial in they can hear a message thanking them and then asking them to prepare for a multiple question test/survey.
  • They could also be asked to enter a special code, zip code, product code, etc., to give them access to their specific set of questions.
  • A cross-referenced database of, say, area codes can be utilized to automatically connect the caller to the proper set of questions or functions.
  • The callers are then systematically moved through the questionnaire as they respond.
  • The results of the calls are then collected; including caller id, date, time and length of call, results of their interactive responses, their voice recordings, and the reports emailed to you each morning.


Typical Program Costs are as follows:

  • Set-up Fee: $1,000.00 (Includes system programming, recordings, and database/report set-up.)
  • Cost of changing the recordings: Free for first five recordings and $150 for each additional occurrence.
  • Usage: $0.20 minute for inbound connect time and any recording time.
  • $50 monthly minimum billing - includes monthly report.
  • Develop a typical Zip Code conversion list of about 100 phone numbers (Zip Code to Target): $150.00, or zero $ if you provide the data.
  • Costs for other conversion databases may vary.
  • It is also possible to automatically capture the incoming phone number (caller ID) and based on the Area Code transfer the call directly to the appropriate person/number.


Other options/services:

  • We will also be able to do a digital recording of the respondentís answers instead of or in conjunction with their touch-tone response, and then periodically email the recordings to you. Say, as opposed to a patch-through call that is after normal office hours.

  • A program like this can also be used very effectively to, say, have inquirers transferred to the proper sales, service or information department, political office, etc.
  • Utilizing a touch tone key pad response by the participants who have been invited to call in and respond.


Parameters:

  • Set up an inbound 800# with pre-recorded voice messaging and IVR capabilities for automatically transferring inbound callers to one, or multiple, phone numbers.
  • When the callers dial in they hear a message asking them to enter their, say, zip code - so to be connected to their appropriate service representative, congressman, etc.
  • They could also be asked to enter a special code, zip code, product code, etc., to have them automatically switched to their appropriate patch-through number.
  • A cross-reference database of patch-through numbers listed by,say, zip code (etc.) can be utilized to connect to the proper phone number.
  • Then they are seamlessly connected. ("Your call is being connected to ...").
  • The results of the calls will be collected, including caller id, date, time and length of call, results of any IVR responses, a copy of any digital recording, and emailed to you each morning.

Digitally Record Callers Voice Response


We will also be able to do a digital voice recording of the respondentís
answers, instead of a touch-tone response or a patch-through,
and then periodically email the recordings to you.

Aside from capturing open-ended data, this is most helpful if you are
doing a program after normal office hours, or if it is a large volume
and you donít want to overwhelm the office switchboard.

If so then:

  • Additional programming charge: $300
  • Plus, a $.075 per voice-file transfer charge.
  • The recordings will be email to you periodically.
  • We can also transcribe the recordings at $40 per hour.



Other options/services:

  • Multi-level (tiered) sets of questions.
  • English and Spanish language, either from the start or accessed through a prompt.
  • Fax-back service.
  • Fax forwarding service - take inputted information from the caller and fax it to a predetermined number, say, a pharmacy for a prescription.
